Product Marketing Specialist

Own how Fish Audio shows up for enterprise buyers, developers, and creators, while feeding customer signal back into product.

About the Role

  • You'll own how Fish Audio shows up for enterprise buyers, developers, and creators - and how their feedback flows back into the product.
  • This is a hands-on role at the intersection of product, marketing, sales, and community.
  • You'll drive the cadence and quality of product communications, build competitive context, and support sales enablement while helping shape the narrative around the most expressive AI voice platform on the market.
  • This role is ideal for someone with 2-4 years of PMM or adjacent experience who ships frequently, stays close to customers, and can turn fast-moving technical momentum into clear, compelling positioning.

Responsibilities

  • Own product marketing end-to-end - from incremental API updates to major model launches - driving alignment across engineering, sales, and marketing.
  • Establish an always-on competitive intel motion with regular updates to battle cards, talk tracks, and objection handling across ElevenLabs, Cartesia, Inworld, Rime, and emerging TTS players.
  • Build a win/loss and voice-of-customer loop that turns field insights into actionable improvements across messaging, sales process, and product strategy.
  • Scale and maintain core go-to-market assets - pitch decks, one-pagers, talk tracks, demo scripts, and high-intent web surfaces - so they stay current and aligned to our narrative.
  • Turn complex voice AI concepts into clear content across changelogs, launch announcements, landing pages, social posts, and customer stories.
  • Partner with engineering to script and ship short demos showing Fish Audio workflows end to end.
  • Shape partner-ready messaging and co-marketing assets, craft messaging for Fish Studio and creator programs, and represent Fish Audio externally at webinars, developer events, and partner sessions.

Requirements

  • Clear, tasteful storyteller. You simplify without dumbing down. You have strong editorial judgment and care about quality and point of view.
  • Cross-functional driver. You move work forward with urgency, keep teams unblocked, and don't wait for permission to ship. You build trust through thoughtful, high-impact output.
  • Customer-obsessed. Customer contact is frequent, recent, and central to how you think. You can articulate what buyers actually say, not just what we think they say.
  • Competitive by nature. You enjoy studying how buyers evaluate products and how competitors position - and you turn that into actionable enablement.
  • Strong judgment on prioritization. You have an eye for what will actually get used, and you iterate accordingly.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in developer tools, API platforms, or AI/ML product marketing.
  • Familiarity with voice AI, TTS, or audio infrastructure.
  • Experience building competitive intelligence and sales enablement programs from scratch.
  • Comfort with fast-paced, early-stage environments where scope is broad and ambiguity is high.
  • Professional fluency in English required; additional fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or Spanish is a plus given our global user base.

How to Apply

  • Send your resume along with a short note on a launch, positioning, or enablement motion you're proud of.
  • Links to public writing, decks, or sample assets are welcome.
  • For relevant past work, a brief context on your role and impact is helpful.
